CommentsA good middle-distance workout that should take roughly an hour for a seasoned fast / medium swimmer. 3000 Meters. Distances and times can be adjusted for the novice. | Also, I went training with Brandi in the park. Good times. 
The water is getting hotter, and so is the weather! The m00se wonders why they can’t lower the pool temp at his home base. Also, someone give Argos a hand. PLEASE! Oh… wait. He found one.
