The m00se's big 70.3 mile race has come to pass. This is what happens when you set a laden m00se loose in the hoose... or... on the course.

3000 Yard Workout

A good middle-distance workout that should take roughly an hour for a seasoned fast / medium swimmer. 3000 Meters. Distances and times can be adjusted for the novice. | Also, I went training with Brandi in the park. Good times. :)
